Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in Noida. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and enhancing the employer brand. The recruiter will also focus on optimizing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various department heads
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Must have worked in Electronics design and manufecuring industry
