RPO HR professional on an 11-month contractual basis
to support our client's talent acquisition function. The role requires managing
end-to-end recruitment
& Operational under the RPO model while ensuring adherence to SLAs, hiring timelines, and client-specific processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (IT, Engineering, Product, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Schedule and follow up on technical interviews and feedback
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (ATS/Excel)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring TATs and monthly/quarterly recruitment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
7-8 years of experience in
Human Resource.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics
Good to Have
Experience in Technical & Non Technical Hiring*
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
