About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on calling and following up with potential candidates and screening resumes as per the company's requirement
2. Sourcing candidates from job portals such as Naukri, Internshala, etc.
3. Coordinating with the candidates and team leaders for the interview process
4. Screening the resumes and contacting only relevant candidates
5. Handling end-to-end recruitment (interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates according to assigned requisitions)
