Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary: ?18,000 - ?22,000/month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Role: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment and at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for various roles across different industries.

Sourcing candidates through portals, social media, and professional networks.

Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

Coordinating with clients/hiring managers for interview scheduling.

Maintaining candidate databases and preparing recruitment reports.

Ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).

Own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
