Job Summary: :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Recruitment Specialist

to manage

end-to-end recruitment

for

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects

across multiple

site locations in India

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring site-based positions on time

Should know language Hindi and English (Who can speak )


Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Work closely with

Project Managers, Site HR, and Department Heads

to understand role requirements and hiring timelines. Source profiles for various

site-level positions

like Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, QA/QC, Foremen, Storekeepers, etc., across civil, mechanical, and electrical domains.

Utilize

multiple sourcing channels

(job portals, internal database, employee referrals, social media, vendor networks) to identify and attract top talent. Develop and maintain a

recruitment tracker

to monitor progress and closures for each project site. Ensure

timely closure of positions

as per project timelines to avoid delays in execution. Build a

pipeline of ready-to-join candidates

for critical and frequently required positions. Implement

cost-effective hiring strategies.

Coordinate and conduct

telephonic and face-to-face interviews

, and schedule technical rounds with Internal Team, project/site heads. Ensure

compliance with internal recruitment policies

and

documentation standards

. Prepare

weekly and monthly reports

on recruitment status, open positions, TAT, cost per hire, and closures. Support the

onboarding process

, ensuring smooth transition and joining formalities at site level.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelors degree in HR / Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent.

2 - 4

years of

recruitment experience

in the

EPC / construction / infrastructure industry/ Manufacturing industry / Non - IT Sectors

especially in

site-level hiring

. Strong understanding of technical job roles across

civil, mechanical, and electrical functions

. Proficiency in using

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards

. Experience in

bulk hiring and pan-India project recruitment

.

Excellent in negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Target-driven, cost-conscious, and able to handle pressure.

Performance Metrics:



Time to Fill (TAT) Cost per Hire (Target: 10% reduction) Offer to Join Ratio Quality of Hire (90-day retention) Number of Closures per Month

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
