Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlements
Assist in training and development programs
