What You'll Do
Own and drive
end-to-end recruitment
, especially for the
pharma domain
Lead and manage a small hiring team, ensuring delivery on urgent bulk hiring mandates
Strategize and execute
bulk and fast-paced hiring plans
to meet business growth
Source, screen, and schedule candidates using various platforms like
LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala
, and other ATS tools
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and hiring pipeline updates
Stay updated on market trends and talent strategies in the
pharmaceutical and tech sectors
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of hands-on experience in
hardcore recruitment
, ideally in
pharma or healthcare hiring
Proven track record in
bulk hiring
and team handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Familiarity with hiring tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems
, and job boards
A go-getter mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines
