We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can help us find and hire talented writers, researchers, editors, and support staff for our PhD assistance company. Your main job will be to manage the hiring process from start to finish and ensure we bring the right people into our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring needs for roles like research writers, sales, editors, and admin teams.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
Maintain candidate records and update status regularly.
Assist with onboarding of new employees.
Communicate clearly with candidates and provide updates.
Build a talent pipeline for future job requirements.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand academic roles (writers, editors, researchers).
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced academic services environment.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in HR, Business,, or any related field.
Freshers can apply; experience in recruitment is a plus.
