timings 10 am to 7 pm

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries Source and screen candidates via portals, references, and social platforms Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability Coordinate interview schedules with clients and ensure a smooth hiring flow Maintain candidate pipelines and daily tracker updates Collaborate closely with the team to meet weekly hiring targets Build strong rapport with candidates to create a positive experience

What We're Looking For

Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills Freshers with strong ambition and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset Mumbai locals Only
