Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Recruit for both IT and Non-IT positions across various levels.
Use different sourcing techniques such as job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with internal teams to understand staffing needs and deliver quality hires within deadlines.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven recruiting experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

Pay: ₹10,585.73 - ₹30,018.08 per month
