Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are keen to start their career in HR and Recruitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will work closely with senior recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities.
Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eager to learn and build a career in Recruitment/HR.
