End to end responsible for recruitment.
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
Maintaining Employees Database & doing paper work at the time of joining.
Sending Birthday wishes & conducting Birthday events at offices
Responsible for taking care of joining formalities.
Closing exit formalities for the relieving employees and preparing supporting documents to employees whenever required.
Handling Employee Engagement activities.
