Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include:



1. Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy.



2.Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.



3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.



4. Conduct preliminary interviews and filter candidates for open positions.



5. Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.



6. Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and employment agreements.



7. Conduct background verification and ensure all employee records are updated.



8. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR compliance requirements.



9. Maintain and update the HR Management System (HRMS) and employee database.



10. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.



11. Assist in employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Handle employee grievances and escalate concerns when necessary.



12. Process resignations and conduct exit interviews.



13. Ensure smooth full & final settlements for departing employees.



14. Maintain records of employee exits and generate relevant reports.



15. Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by the organization.



Preferred candidate profile

:



1. Someone who has 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.



2. Someone who has an extrovert personality and has good communication skills.
