Role and Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. o Manage the offer and negotiation process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment reports. o Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers are welcome
1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
