HR Recruiter
to handle end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct HR screening to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.
Collaborate with team leads to understand job requirements.
Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
(IT/Non-IT).
Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, target-driven, and proactive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,935.06 - ₹35,945.44 per month
