Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
HR Manager
to lead our human resources operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
Strengthen recruitment efforts through both free and paid job portals.
Onboarding & Learning
Deliver a consistent, engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
Design and roll out training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with HR standards and internal processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary contact for addressing employee issues and concerns.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
Performance Management
Implement performance review processes and tools.
Guide managers in setting clear KPIs and development plans.
Address performance concerns through structured feedback and coaching.
Compensation & Benefits
Develop competitive and transparent compensation structures.
Oversee benefits administration in line with company policies.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential HR documentation.
Policy Development
