Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to lead our Human Resources function. This role is a blend of strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational management. The ideal candidate is people-focused, adept at talent acquisition and employee engagement, and skilled at aligning HR strategies with business goals to support overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines
Optimize recruitment efforts using both free and premium job platforms
2. Onboarding & Learning
Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
Develop and implement training and development programs
Monitor compliance with internal HR policies
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the go-to person for employee concerns and inquiries
Cultivate an open, inclusive, and engaging work culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication
4. Performance Management
Lead the implementation of performance management systems
Support managers in setting KPIs and career development plans
Manage performance challenges through improvement initiatives
5. Compensation & Benefits
Design fair and competitive compensation structures
Administer employee benefits in line with company policies
6. HR Compliance
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate and updated HR records and documentation
7. Policy Development & Implementation
Draft, review, and update HR policies as required
Ensure clear communication and uniform application of policies across teams
8. Health & Safety
Promote workplace health and safety best practices
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
9. Culture & Retention
Lead wellness, recognition, and team-building initiatives
Design and implement strategies to boost employee retention
10. Strategic HR Leadership
Contribute to HR analytics and workforce planning
Drive organizational development and change management efforts
Candidate Profile
