About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting key HR functions. If you have a passion for connecting with people and driving effective hiring processes, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR coordination tasks. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Support general HR operations as required.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in retail or fashion industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
