Implement performance management processes and conduct regular reviews.
Develop and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.
Administer employee benefits programs and resolve inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience with expertise in recruitment and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
