Job Summary:
The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. This role also collaborates with HR to manage employee data, benefits deductions, tax withholdings, and compensation adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a Weekly basis.
Maintain payroll records and ensure all employee changes are accurately reflected.
Calculate and process overtime payments.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.
Prepare payroll reports and summaries for Finance and HR departments.
Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.
Collaborate with HR on employee benefits, leave tracking, and compensation changes.
Answer payroll-related inquiries from employees and external agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field preferred.
2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in an HR setting.
Familiarity with payroll systems
Knowledge of employment laws and payroll tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Tally.
Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
