Responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, statutory compliance, and maintaining payroll records in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Handle statutory deductions and filings (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate with HR and Finance for salary revisions, arrears, and incentives.
Resolve payroll-related queries of employees promptly.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and audit requirements.
