Job Title: Payroll Executive - Daman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Payroll Executive to join our team at Della Luxury Products, Daman. The role involves handling end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee query resolution, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees at the Daman location.
• Collect, verify, and maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift data for payroll inputs.
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll components.
• Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, etc., and ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth salary disbursement.
• Address employee payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.

Job Expectations:
Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with statutory compliances and labor laws.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.
Minimum Job Experience: 2-5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in manufacturing/retail/luxury industry.
Reporting to: HOD
Travel: as as when required
