Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees. The ideal candidate should have strong operational HR expertise, people management skills, and hands-on experience in scaling HR processes--preferably within a Digital Marketing Agency or Advertising Agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
Drive employee retention strategies and engagement initiatives
Handle employee grievances and resolve issues effectively
Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and SOPs
Workforce & Culture Management
Build and strengthen employee culture aligned with company values
Enhance workplace efficiency and productivity through structured HR practices
Support leadership in people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
Compliance & Payroll
Oversee payroll processing and coordination with finance/accounts
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Performance, Branding & ROI
Manage KJR/KRA/KPI frameworks and performance management systems
Support company branding initiatives from an HR perspective
Measure and analyze HR ROI, efficiency metrics, and workforce data
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs
Support management development and leadership capability building
Systems & Tools
Hands-on experience with HRMS software
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, dashboards, data analysis)
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Experience handling 500+ employees
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policy implementation
Expertise in onboarding, exits, retention, grievance handling
Experience with HRMS, payroll, and advanced Excel
Strong management, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency / Advertising Agency
Strong understanding of dynamic team structures and high-growth environments
