Job Purpose
To support HR operations by handling employee and candidate queries through calls, emails, and chats. This role focuses on recruitment support, document verification, and resolving HR related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming HR queries via phone, email, and chat
Accurately log all interactions into HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Support onboarding and rehiring processes
Guide users on using self-service HR tools and portals
Follow data privacy (GDPR) and security protocols
Conduct proper identity and document verification
Make follow-up calls when necessary
Keep documentation (DTPs, Knowledge Base, SharePoint) up to date
Maintain attendance and adhere to HR policies
Deliver excellent service to avoid complaints and escalations
Skills Required
Familiarity with HR tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Basic technical skills and ability to learn quickly
Strong verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools
