We are hiring a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer for a full-time position based in Qatar.
The selection process will be conducted locally, and the final work location will be in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
Create and update HR policies and ensure they follow company rules and local laws.
Handle the full recruitment process -- posting jobs, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage performance reviews and ensure employees receive proper feedback.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance team.
Handle employee concerns and maintain a healthy work environment.
Plan and arrange employee training and development programs.
Ensure all HR practices meet legal and company standards.
Coordinate with department heads for HR needs and reports.
Guide and support junior HR staff in daily operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of work experience in HR.
Good knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and work independently when required.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer and HR software knowledge.
Honest, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
