Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.
Generate and analyze HR reports including headcount, attrition, payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and performance data.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards and trackers for HR metrics.
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and admin teams for accurate data flow and reporting.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting by providing required HR data.
Automate repetitive reports and build templates using Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities from a data perspective.
Suggest improvements in data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
Working knowledge of HRMS platforms like Zoho People, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
