Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams as a strong HR authority; drive discipline and accountability Own end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning; improve hiring quality. Manage attendance, leave, compliance, and complete HR operations (joiner-exit) Drive performance management, goal setting, reviews, and corrective actions Handle employee engagement, grievances, and ?nal HR escalations ?rmly and fairly
