In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.
Along with recruitment tasks, you will gain exposure in HR operations, including onboarding support, attendance coordination, and documentation handling.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Assist with attendance records and basic HR operational tasks.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment and employee support processes.
Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR/Business/Commerce or a relevant field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
