About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record of leading and managing HR functions for a team of 10+ HR executives. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR policies and demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. This role requires proactive engagement in workforce management, employee relations, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes to foster a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic guidance to a team of 10 HR executives, ensuring effective execution of HR activities and processes.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies, keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation.
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues while fostering a positive work environment.
Lead the development and implementation of employee performance management systems and training programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits management to ensure competitive and fair practices.
Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to support business decisions and continuous process improvement.
Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
Spearhead succession planning and talent management programs to meet future workforce needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in human resource management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Experience working with large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.
Skills:
Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
Proficiency in HR management software and payroll systems.
