Role Description
Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Develop recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring for technical/sales/operational roles, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage job portals and agencies, track recruitment metrics, and build talent pipelines.
Qualifications
Strong Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategy expertise (Mandatory)
Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and ATS systems
Full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and operational roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of HR policies and labor laws
Employer branding and campus recruitment experience (Preferred)
MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's with HR certifications
Knowledge of recruitment analytics
