Role Overview We are seeking a Human Resource Manager with 4-7 years of experience in e commerce or marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience designing sourcing strategies, recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions, and focusing on building and maintaining a diverse and talented team. Key Responsibilities I. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent. Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, networking events, job fairs, professional groups, etc.) to identify and engage candidates, particularly for mid-to-senior-level positions. Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability, cultural fit, and compensation alignment. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices to ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce. II. People & Culture Development
Design and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance company culture. Develop and execute employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback loops, and actionable improvements. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous development. III. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Serve as an advisor to employees and management on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Develop and manage employee wellness initiatives to support work-life balance and job satisfaction

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
