Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly.
3. Relationship Building
Foster strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and business growth.
Represent the company in HR and business partner meetings.
4. Employee Engagement & Development
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
