Plan and execute hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Accounts, Marketing, Admin, and Site staff
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment dashboards
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit processes
Maintain employee master data, attendance, and leave records
Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts team
Manage confirmations, increments, transfers, and resignations
3. Policies, SOPs & Compliance
Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage disciplinary processes, warnings, and terminations when required
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
4. Performance Management & Incentives
Support performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking
Coordinate sales incentive structures and performance-linked pay
Track probation reviews and confirmation timelines
Support management in evaluating productivity and manpower efficiency
5. Culture, Engagement & Administration
Build a disciplined, performance-oriented work culture
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions
Act as a communication bridge between management and teams
Support office administration and HR-related vendor coordination
