Drafting of

Appointment Letters, Offer Letters, Confirmation, Promotion, Relieving & Experience Letters

Payroll processing

, attendance management & statutory coordination Handling

HR Policies, SOPs & Documentation

Strong working knowledge of

NABH Standards

, HR forms, formats & compliance Employee engagement, grievance handling & discipline management Coordination with management and department heads

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

MBA / MSW / PG in HR or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum

4-6 years

(Healthcare/Hospital experience preferred) Sound knowledge of

labour laws & HR compliances

Good communication, leadership & documentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
