Hiring Experienced Human Resource Manager- For Panvel

We are seeking a dynamic HR to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and onboarding the right talent, including trainers, staff, and interns, to support our fast-growing operations.

Salary - Depends on last drawn.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews to offer rollouts and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates to management. Process Documents, Payroll, Salary negotiation, Exit policy.
Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in the IT/education sector). Strong communication and Interpersonal skills. Proactive and detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
