Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency across all HR operations.
Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting HR round interviews.
Verify the onboarding process and ensure accurate documentation for all new hires.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.) and resolve related employee issues promptly.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a healthy and positive work environment.
Generate and present HR daily and monthly reports to management, offering insights into workforce trends and organizational issues.
