We are now seeking a highly experienced
General Manager
to lead hotel operations and drive the next phase of growth.
Job Summary
The
General Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations -- including front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, sales, and HR -- ensuring superior service, efficient operations, revenue growth, and brand excellence. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader with extensive hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience.
Develop and execute operational strategies to improve service quality and profitability.
Oversee all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Sales, HR & Administration.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety protocols, and service procedures.
Monitor daily performance, budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
Strengthen corporate and travel partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue.
Build and mentor a high-performing team with training and performance evaluations.
Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with Fezco management for reporting, planning, and development initiatives.
Ensure smooth functioning of events, banquets, and special operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hotel operations
, with at least
3-5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role
.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations across all departments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and operational planning.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and drive performance.
