Job Summary
Fezinn Hotel is seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee HR operations and staff management. The ideal candidate must have
minimum 3 years of experience in HR within the hospitality industry
, with strong skills in recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
Conduct staff onboarding, training, induction, and development programs.
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospitality industry regulations.
Implement HR policies and maintain discipline across departments.
Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate with department heads.
Plan staff welfare activities, team-building sessions, and retention programs.
Maintain HRMS records and prepare reports for hotel management.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
(hotel experience preferred).
Strong understanding of hotel HR functions, payroll systems, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage staff across multiple departments and handle pressure.
