We are looking for a senior HR manager to join our client's team and lead their human resources functions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.
As a senior HR manager, you will work closely with the business leaders and stakeholders to align the HR strategy with the organizational goals and vision. You will also oversee the implementation of HR policies and initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees and the company.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the automobile industry. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources.
