Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation, and administering employee benefits programs.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and company policies.

HR Policy Development and Implementation:

Creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and organizing programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Organizational Development:

Contributing to the overall organizational development by aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Record Keeping and Reporting:
