Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to lead and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR operations, team development, and organizational culture. This role is crucial to supporting the company's growth by attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic talent pipelines.
Optimize recruitment strategies across free and paid platforms.
2. Employee Onboarding & Development
Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Design and implement continuous learning and development programs.
Promote adherence to organizational policies and practices.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a key liaison for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Drive employee engagement through regular initiatives and communication forums.
4. Performance Management
Implement structured performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers in setting clear KPIs and development goals.
Address underperformance and facilitate improvement plans.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration
Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures.
Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant implementation of employee benefits.
6. HR Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and manage statutory requirements.
7. Policy Formulation & Implementation
Draft, review, and update HR policies in alignment with legal standards and business goals.
Communicate and enforce HR policies across departments.
8. Health, Safety & Workplace Compliance
Promote and monitor health and safety standards in the workplace.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety protocols and training requirements.
9. Culture Building & Retention Strategy
Design and execute employee wellness, recognition, and team-building programs.
Implement strategies for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
10. Strategic HR Leadership
Contribute to organizational planning through workforce analytics and strategic HR initiatives.
Support leadership in change management and organizational development efforts.
