About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Human Resource Manager

to oversee all HR functions at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong company culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting all departments with efficient and people-focused HR practices.

This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high employee engagement, essential for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with the hotel's goals and industry standards Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel brand standards Lead workforce planning, hiring initiatives, and seasonal recruitment as needed Oversee payroll inputs, employee records, attendance, and leave management Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee grievances Promote employee engagement through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities Organize regular staff training programs in coordination with department heads Conduct performance evaluations and guide department managers in handling appraisals and promotions Support compliance audits, internal reviews, and health & safety programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a hotel or hospitality environment Deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, or HRMS platforms) Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work under pressure Fluent in English; regional languages a plus

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
