Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.
Enhance recruitment strategies through effective use of job portals.
Onboarding & Learning
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new employees.
Develop and implement training and development initiatives.
Enforce adherence to internal HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the go-to person for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Foster a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Lead employee engagement programs and internal communication efforts.
Performance Management
Implement structured performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers in defining KPIs and individual development plans.
Address underperformance with effective improvement strategies.
