Human Resources Manager
to lead our HR operations and strategy. This pivotal role focuses on nurturing a performance-driven, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of empathy and leadership to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and align HR practices with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment cycle--from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
Experience in
IT recruitment
will be highly valued
2. Onboarding & Learning
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new team members
Conduct and coordinate training programs to build competencies and policy awareness
3. Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor for resolving employee concerns and workplace conflicts
Foster a respectful, open, and collaborative company culture
4. Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisals and goal-setting processes
Address performance challenges with a growth-oriented approach
5. Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and employee benefits
Design recognition and rewards initiatives to support retention
6. Compliance & Legal
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Manage employee-related legal matters with discretion and integrity
7. Policy Development
Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies in accordance with legal and organizational needs
8. Health & Safety
Monitor adherence to workplace health and safety regulations
9. Employee Engagement & Wellness
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and well-being
10. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Candidate Profile
Gender
: Female candidates preferred
Experience
: Minimum 2 years in core HR functions with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations
Specialization
: Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for IT roles
Skills
: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Commitment
: Should be open to a long-term commitment (bond applicable)
