We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female HR Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, improving organizational culture, and managing performance through effective KRA and KPI frameworks. The role requires expertise in Keka HRMS, employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Continuously enhance and promote a positive workplace culture to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Design and implement Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and manage employee performance.
2. Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommend training or upskilling where necessary.
Ensure seamless integration of Keka HRMS for performance management and reporting.
3. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to create a productive and motivated workforce.
Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to develop actionable plans.
Drive initiatives to celebrate milestones, birthdays, and anniversaries to enhance team bonding.
4. Grievance Management:
Act as the first point of contact for any employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and implement a grievance redressal mechanism to handle employee concerns fairly and efficiently.
Mediate conflict resolution and foster harmonious workplace relationships.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
Manage employee records and documentation using Keka HRMS for accuracy and efficiency.
6. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Conduct leadership development programs to align with organizational growth.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
Skills:
Strong understanding of KRA/KPI frameworks and their application in performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR tools and technology, including Keka HRMS.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
