Established in 2015, by Mr. Anup Kumar Mittal, Vinayak Enterprises is located in the heart of Delhi. Our company's mission is to make aluminum wire rod of the finest quality by recycling scrap metal. In 1995, Mr. Mittal along with his two brothers Lt. Shri Sant Lal Gupta and Lt. Shri Daulat Ram Gupta started this journey by putting together the first Aluminum Wire Rod unit of Delhi, APS Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Since 1995 onwards the legacy has been carried forward by the leadership and employees with the vision to make Vinayak Enterprises a recognised brand name in the electrical industry.

Role Overview



We are seeking a confident, mature, and practical

HR Manager

who can independently manage

end-to-end HR operations

for the corporate office. The role demands strong people-handling skills, smart communication, and the ability to manage situations firmly yet empathetically in a environment.
The HR Manager will

report directly to the Director

and work closely with leadership on employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities



HR Operations & Payroll



Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and salary coordination Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers Ensure compliance with basic labour laws and statutory requirements Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for compliance-related matters

Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact between management and employees Handle employee grievances, concerns, and day-to-day HR issues Promote healthy employee relations and a positive work environment Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention

HR Policies & Discipline



Implement and monitor HR policies, rules, and company guidelines Ensure workplace discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct Address behavioural and performance-related issues tactfully and confidently Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with maturity

Retention & Culture Building



Work on employee retention strategies and engagement practices Build a respectful, structured, and process-driven work culture Ensure employees clearly understand company expectations and processes Support management in people-related decision-making

Candidate Profile



Education



MBA in HR preferred Any graduate with relevant HR experience is acceptable

Experience



4-5 years of hands-on HR domain experience. Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not mandatory

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR operations Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance Practical exposure to core HR functions (excluding recruitment) Confident communication and strong people-handling skills Ability to manage situations smartly, assertively, and professionally Mature, presentable, and composed personality
