. In this role, the candidate will manage the full
recruitment cycle, identify hiring
needs, source qualified talent, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience, while maintaining a positive employer brand and an efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify current and future hiring needs by collaborating with department managers.
Create and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social networks, referrals, and recruitment events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in designing and improving recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
Monitor and update compliance requirements related to hiring, such as workplace policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain organized and accurate employee records and recruitment documentation.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure timely completion of required documents.
Assist in policy communication and training to new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in recruitment and HR compliance (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office
