Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Human Resource Manager

to manage and enhance our people and performance processes while ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture, aligning employee goals with business objectives, and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and compliant with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities: People & Performance Management



Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles. Support line managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps, training needs, and employee development plans. Promote a culture of continuous feedback, employee recognition, and accountability. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support strategies to enhance team productivity and morale. Manage employee relations matters professionally and sensitively, resolving conflicts and grievances as needed.

Policy & Procedure Management



Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and best practices. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of policies across all levels of the organization. Monitor compliance with HR policies and intervene when non-compliance occurs. Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements to maintain relevance and effectiveness. Lead induction and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on performance management and policy implementation. Strong knowledge of HR laws, standards, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to balance empathy with objectivity in managing employee relations.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
