Job Description

Role Definition:



The HR/PR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee documentation, staff welfare, and communication, with skills in HR operations, documentation, public relations, and coordination with external stakeholders to ensure smooth staff management and a positive school image.

Qualification

:- BBA/MBA

Task & Activities:



Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. Maintain and scrutinize staff documents as per CBSE/KYE norms. Prepare, verify, and update employee records, attendance, and leave data. Draft official letters, notices, and communication documents. Coordinate payroll inputs with the accountant. Facilitate staff performance reviews and training programs. Handle parent communications, enquiries, and feedback professionally. Support school branding, social media updates, and PR activities. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and CBSE staff documentation standards. Assist in planning events, meetings, and staff welfare initiatives. Participate in HR certification courses and communication workshops to strengthen recruitment efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
