Responsibilities

You will be handling end-to-end HR operations, including:

Hiring & Recruitment

Posting job descriptions Shortlisting & screening candidates Scheduling interviews Maintaining hiring trackers Coordinating with founders and team leads

HR Operations

Onboarding documentation Attendance & leave tracking Employee records management Maintaining performance logs Handling basic payroll coordination Preparing offer letters & exit formalities

Employee Engagement

Maintaining a positive work culture Small team activities Resolving employee concerns with empathy

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

Female candidate with 3+ years of HR experience (must)

Strong communication & people skills Comfortable with

hiring + HR operations

Good with Google Sheets / Excel / Organized, disciplined, and reliable Comfortable taking 15-20 HR calls per day

Can carry own laptop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
